AquaRemedy's Aquatic Home Exercise Program (AHEP) is a personalized aquatic exercise plan that can be used at home or other preferred aquatic venues. Information provided by you will be used to develop a customized condition-specific, total body aquatic home exercise prescription to address your unique needs. We make every effort to combine sound exercise principles and education, relaxation, and fun to provide you with the most comprehensive fitness program possible. Personal attention will be given to proper choice of exercise, exercise execution, motivation, and education. Though programs will vary for each individual, be assured that each home exercise program will contain elements necessary for a well-rounded routine.
Programs can be designed for your pool or spa, and each customized plan contains:
• Free Phone Consultation Following the receipt of your order, AquaRemedy will contact you by phone to discuss your needs prior to designing your personalized program. This consultation time will be used to gather information necessary for the design of your customized program (e.g., your personal health and exercise history).
• Your Personalized Aquatic Fitness Home Exercise Program Book Laminated and bound pages; suitable for poolside use. Your program book will include your customized, condition-specific, aquatic home exercise prescription, with detailed instructions, "how-to" photographs, and benefits of each exercise in your program.
• Companion Handbook A complete, illustrated guide to water exercise. Includes specific benefits of your AquaRemedy home program, the human body's response to water immersion, the physical properties of water, aquatic exercise execution, personal safety tips, and more!
• Realistic Goals for Fitness You will have personal goals in mind for your success, and AquaRemedy is committed to developing a program that meets or exceeds your fitness requirements. We will work Your personalized aquatic and/or land program will be designed to be uniquely specific to your needs and will contain all components necessary for a well-rounded routine. Specific goals for your success will aim to:
• Training Tips & Charts Exercise tips for fun and productive workouts, and charts and logs to record your progress.
