All programs offered by AquaRemedy are condition-specific, total body aquatic and/or land fitness routines tailor-made to fit your needs. We make every effort to combine sound exercise principles and education, relaxation, and fun to provide the most comprehensive fitness program possible. Personal attention will be given to the proper choice of exercise and exercise execution, as well as motivation and support. Though programs will vary for each individual, be assured that each fitness program will contain elements necessary for a well-rounded routine.

Designed to provide the participant with information and exercises necessary to meet and maintain essential levels of physical fitness. This aquatic and/or land* program includes flexibility, strength/resistance, and aerobic components.
Strength Training
Land* fitness program designed to increase your overall strength and endurance. Emphasis is placed on improving flexibility, muscle tone, muscle strength and muscle endurance by utilizing components of resistance training.
Personalized aquatic exercise program that can be used at home or other preferred aquatic venue. AquaRemedy will use information provided by you to create a customized, condition-specific aquatic home exercise prescription to meet your unique needs. You will receive a laminated book (suitable for poolside use) containing over 30 condition-specific exercises with detailed instructions, "how-to" photos, and the benefits of each exercise.
